1 The Bra Spa FAQ
1.1 Is there a fee for a bra fitting?

Effective March 1, 2018, we charge a $20 fitting fee. This fee is waived with the purchase of a bra.

1.2 What's your return policy?

The Bra Spa will accept returns and exchanges of bras within 15 days of purchase. All returns will be given in store credit.

All bras must be unworn and unwashed with tags remaining.

All panties, swimwear, and sale merchandise are final sale.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

1.3 Do I need to bring anything to appointment?
Please allow yourself about 20-30 minutes to be properly fitted. Fitters are available until 5:30pm during normal shopping hours. Please show up freshly showered and in your best fitting bra so that we can make your visit as pleasant as possible. We recommend that pants/bottoms be worn, as we will ask you to take off your shirt to see your bra. However, if you want to stand in just your panties, that’s fine too! Be prepared to be educated. We want you to know what to look for in a proper fitting bra and know where to find one, even if it’s not from us. If you are looking for items for a specific outfit, don’t hesitate to bring the outfit with you!
1.4 Do you take special orders?
We would be happy to order the size, color and style of any item for you. We require pre-payment for special orders. The average turn around time for an order is approximately 3 weeks, however shipping times vary by vendor. Please contact us directly to place a special order.
1.5 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
